Products rarely stay at one volume. METALEC's production machining is built to scale with them — supporting prototype quantities, low-volume production, medium volumes and high-volume manufacturing with consistent quality, full traceability and dependable lead times at every stage.

Low-volume work runs on flexible setups and proven programs, keeping unit economics sensible when quantities are in the tens or hundreds. As volumes rise, we invest in the process: dedicated fixtures, optimised cycle times, HMC pallet work and in-process gauging that hold quality steady while cost per part falls. One recent production order saw 50,000 parts delivered in twelve weeks, on a schedule the customer could plan around.

Behind every run sits our ERP system, tracking each order, operation and part in real time. Material certificates, inspection records and operation history stay linked to every batch, and delivery performance is measured — which is how we sustain 95%+ on-time delivery and a rejection rate below 1% across production.
