Design-for-manufacture review is the core of it. Our engineers examine geometry, tolerancing and material selection with a machinist's eye: which tolerances drive cost without adding function, where a standard cutter size saves a custom tool, how a datum scheme simplifies fixturing and inspection, what material meets the duty at better machinability. Recommendations come back concrete and costed, and the design authority stays entirely with the customer.

Beyond DFM, we support process improvement on existing products, production planning for new programmes, material and finish selection, and feasibility studies for ideas still taking shape.
