Assembly work ranges from bearing and bush fitting through complete sub-assemblies and special purpose mechanisms. Because we machined the parts, we know their critical fits and datum features intimately; torque values, fitting sequences and alignment checks are planned rather than improvised, and any interference is caught at our bench instead of on your line.

Functional verification is tailored to the product — movement and travel checks, load and leak tests, alignment and run-out measurement, cycle testing of mechanisms. Customers receive assemblies that are proven, documented and ready to integrate, which shortens their own build cycles and removes an entire class of integration risk from their projects.
