Turn-mill technology combines turning and milling in a single platform. Live tooling adds milled flats, cross-holes, keyways and off-centre features while the part is still in the chuck, so components that once needed a lathe, a mill and two inspection stages now come off one machine, complete. Concentricity and positional relationships are protected because the part is never re-clamped.

Tight process control matters most on rotational parts — bearing fits, sealing faces and thread forms leave little room for error. Our machinists work to proven setup sheets, verify critical diameters in-process, and route finished parts through CMM inspection, holding the fits and finishes that assemblies depend on.
