METALEC's engineering fabrication facility builds the structures that precision equipment lives on — machine frames, automation structures, platforms, guards and custom industrial equipment. This is engineered fabrication, not general steelwork: every assembly is built to drawing, to tolerance, and to function.

Our special purpose welding capability focuses on engineered solutions where structural integrity, dimensional accuracy and functional performance are essential. Weld sequences are planned to control distortion, critical interfaces are left with machining allowance, and fabricated assemblies pass through our own machining centres so mounting faces, bores and datum features end up exactly where the design says they should be.

That integration is the real advantage.
